Britt began her career in nursing working in a myriad of specialties at world renowned institutions across the country including hospice palliative care, Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care, and most recently COVID- ICU. During her time working frontline Britt founded The Debrief: A safe space for black healthcare professionals to heal. 

Britt has recently made a career pivot into Tech and is working as a Community Manager at Trusted Health. Finding community as a nurse when work-life balance is more work than life is tough -  the Trusted community connects nurses all over, both online and IRL.

Britt will share how she's able to impact change in the nursing community by advocating for diversity and inclusion, mentorship, and support through engagement and outreach events.
