Federico Garcia Lorca is a Community Manager at Codeacademy, a leader in online education and learning to code. He grew up in southern Spain enjoying the bliss of coastal Mediterranean life. He studied aerospace engineering in college because flying things are the coolest machine ever built. He developed a passion for code, and now he helps others discover the world of coding and changing their lives forever by learning sought-after skills.
Beth McIntyre is the Director of Community at Bevy. In her role, she oversees the CMX Community (cmxhub.com). CMX is the world's largest and most passionate network for community professionals. Thousands of community professionals come to CMX for support and education in community strategy. Beth oversees the engagement, strategy, and structure of all CMX community spaces. She also built and runs CMX Connect, an in-person distributed events program (turned virtual in 2020), with more than 50 volunteer-run chapters, that host live events regularly around the world.She lives in the incomparable Rocky Mountains in Canada and spends most of her free time in total awe of their majesty.

Marsha Druker is the Senior Program Manager at Bevy, leading CMX Connect. She's also the Founder of Fuckup Nights Toronto, a community that de-stigmatizes failure. Previously, she held various Marketing roles in companies ranging from consumer packaged goods to tech startups. She is also the host of the Create Community podcast where she chats with fellow community builders to define what community truly means.
